(i) Inputs: Genuine Care
Every employee working in Sports Corporation must genuinely care about their responsibilities to the Corporation, to the Stakeholders, to its ultimate Customers/Clients as well as to the Environments in which they operate.
Employees must believe that “genuine care” ignites the entire system of sports. Unless you genuinely care about sports of this country, nothing would ever improve or nothing would ever change.
(ii) Process: Belief in Sports
Every employee working in Sports Corporation will strongly believe in the power of sports. Sports can bring hope to individuals, to communities as well as to Nations. Sports can bring recognition, sports can create understanding between nations and cultures, sports can keep the Youth away from drugs and violence, sports can keep everyone healthy and increase our well being. Sports can enhance the productivity and efficiency levels of employees working in big, medium or small corporations. Ultimately sports can keep families happy. It is this strong belief that eventually makes sports rewarding for everyone.
(iii) Outputs: Create Togetherness and Change Perceptions and Reality
With Genuine Care as an Input and the Belief in Sports as the Process, the Outputs that are produced include; Creation of Togetherness; divisions separate us and at Sports Corporation we believe that Genuine Care and the strong Belief in Sports can bring an end to these divisions and unite everyone. Togetherness becomes an output because that is what our work will create. We work with our stakeholders, keeping in mind their stakes, to make a better Maldives.
Change Perceptions and Reality; at Sports Corporation we believe that our will change the way we looked at our former selves. Athletes will no longer stay stuck clueless and the recreational sportsman and woman will no longer stay worried over their health and well being. Our work will create positive Change that impacts our perceptions as well as our well being
