The Maldives Sports Corporation successfully concludes its Annual General Meeting 2019 held on Saturday, 15th August 2020 at 11am in Housing Development Corporation Ltd. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, Mr. Hussain Hameem, Senior Policy Director, Ministry of Finance as the proxy from Government of Maldives.
The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mr. Solah Shihab, Assistant Manager, Maldives Sports Corporation. The chairperson opened the meeting by extending a warm welcome to all who had joined the meeting. As stated in the Agenda, the Annual Report 2019 which includes the Director’s Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year 2019 were approved. Additionally, appointment of Auditor General’s Office as the Auditors of 2020 were approved. The Annual Report for 2019 was published on 15th August 2020 on the Company’s website.
